Brown rice and quinoa topped with sweet potatoes, dinosaur kale, and fresh salsa.
I prefer to make my Rice & Quinoa in the rice maker (Cook according to the package, with coconut oil & Sea salt) Turns out perfect every time.
Saute Potatoes & Kale in a pan with coconut oil or Olive oil until potatoes are tender.
Top with Salsa.
