Peanut Butter & Jelly Nice Cream


This is delicious! Especially the berry topping!

Oh my! I love this!


Warm Jelly/Jam topping
In a nonstick pot add:
3 C. frozen Berries & 1 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup. 

Cook for at least 10 minutes. Pour through a strainer. (Reserve juice for another yummy treat or Smoothie). Pour over Nicecream while warm.


Nicecream:

In a Vitamix or food processor add:
5-6 frozen bananas 

2 Tbsp. Natural Peanut butter (I used Adam's)

1/4 C. Almond Milk

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Plantfusion).
Blend until smooth.

Top with berries. 
Enjoy!
