One of the most important factors in keeping a healthy diet is what happens at the Grocery Store. Get what's on sale, what you love to eat, in season, and Organic if possible. I get to know my produce guys and talk to them about getting the best price on what I am buying. If I want to buy in bulk, I just ask.
I love to buy Citrus in the winter! Can you tell? ;)
You can freeze a lot of produce for smoothies too.
You can juice the Oranges and put the juice in Ice Cube Trays.
Good luck! I would like to Challenge you to buy a lot of Produce and try to get Fruit & Veggies into every meal. You will feel so good! Try it. I dare you.
P.S. If you are going to be eating fruit for dinner, eat it first. It digests best this way.
