Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

2 Tbsp. Almond Butter
1 Apple, cored & roughly chopped
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 C. Ice
1 C. Non-Dairy Milk (I used Almond)
1 Serving Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Rawmeal)
Blend.
Enjoy!
