This was breakfast this morning.
Homemade Sourdough Whole Wheat/White pancakes with homemade juice, farm fresh eggs, bananas, and applesauce.
Applesauce is a great topper for pancakes.
Recipe:
In a pot on the stove add:
4-5 apples, chopped
Cover with water.
Boil for at least 10-15 minutes.
Drain. Place in a blender with a 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon & 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg. Blend.
Pour into container. Sprinkle with Cinnamon.
