Very Berry Smoothie
1 C. Low Sugar/high probiotics yogurt
2 C. Frozen Berry mix (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
6 pitted dates
1.5 C. Almond milk
1 C. Water
Blend. Enjoy!
