Black Bean Brownies


These are one of our favorites! We adore them! 


1 (15oz) can black beans, drained & rinsed
3 eggs, preferably organic & free range
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 C. Maple syrup
1/4 C. Cacao powder
2 tsp. Pure Vanilla extract
1/4 C. Coconut Oil


Blend in a blender.


Pour into a greased (with coconut oil) 8X8 pan.


Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.


Let cool. 


Frost.

Frosting: 1/4 C. Peanut Butter (I used Adams) 

1/8 C. Raw honey

2 Tbsp. Cacao powder

Warm

Stir

Spread on cooled Brownies.

Enjoy!
