This took me like 2 minutes to prepare and it was so yummy & satisfying!
*Homemade Popcorn (I like to store leftover popcorn I make for movie night in large Mason Jars with a plastic lid). I make my popcorn in a big black pot with coconut oil. I like to sprinkle it with Sea salt before I serve it. It goes wonderfully in lunches and serves well as a quick snack. :)
*Pitted Dates (I buy mine on Nuts.com by the 15 lb. package, put them in quart size ziplock bags, and freeze them). To me they taste like Caramel. Yummm!
*Pacific Rose Apple (One apple will feed at least 2 people for snack. They are huge!)
This snack includes a lot fiber to keep you full until dinner. :)
