We have been juicing a lot lately! My sister gave us their juicer and I can't get enough of it!
In a juicer add:
6 Carrots
5 Oranges, Peeled
3 Apples
1/2 Raw Beet
1 Thumb of Ginger
Juice.

P.S. If you don't have a juicer you can blend all the ingredients into a smoothie, or blend and strain through a nut milk bag or strainer.
