I guess Rose Water toner is all the rage recently. I decided to make my own from a few of the roses I got from Valentine's Day.
Ingredients:
*Rose Water
*Witch Hazel
Rose Water:
Boil rose petals in water (for even better quality...use distilled water) until they lose their color. Turn off heat. Let cool. Remove & discard petals. Store in a glass container in the fridge.
Witch Hazel- I bought mine at Wal-mart. ;)
This Toner works really well!! I have been using it for a few days.
