Fruit, Nut, and Seed bars
2 C. Pitted & Soaked dates
2/3 C. Rolled Oats
2/3 C. Walnuts
1/3 C. Pumpkin Seeds
2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
Pinch of Himalayan Sea salt
Pulse all ingredients (except the salt) together in the food processor until well incorporated. Top with a pinch of sea salt. Place in the freezer for a few hours. Enjoy! Keep cold in the fridge. With mine I forgot to add the pumpkin seeds till the end. That's why they are pressed into the top :-) I got this recipe from @healthygrocerygirl.
