In a Blender (I used my Vitamix) add:
Frozen blueberries
Bananas
Pitted dates
Spinach
Unsweetened Almond Milk
Avocado
Cashew butter
Water
Blend until smooth.
Top with:
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Pumpkin seeds
Goji berries
I added extra calories to this one because, this is my breakfast. This will last me 3 hours. Until my snack.
