In a blender add:
2 Frozen Bananas
3/4 C. Cashews
2 giant kale leaves, stems removed
1 scoop Vega One Nutritional Shake Powder
3 Tbsp. Cacao Powder
2 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
Blend until smooth.
Top with Chai Spice & Pumpkin Seeds.
It is so important to give your muscles the right fuel after your workout. They are looking for nutrition to munch on. :-)
