This Green Smoothie is delicious and sweet. If you aren't used it Green Smoothies...start off with mostly fruit and then taper down as you get used to them.
In a blender add:
2 C. Beet Greens
1 C. Seedless grapes
2 bananas
1 orange
3 C. Water
1 C. Ice
1 scoop Vega One Nutritional Shake Powder, optional
Blend.
