In a Blender add (I used my Vitamix).
5 Pitted Dates
2 Frozen Bananas
2-3 C. Spinach
1 scoop Vega One Nutritional Shake
1 C. Frozen Mangoes
4 C. Water
Blend until smooth. Top with Goji Berries.

I really liked this afternoon smoothie recipe. It is a great idea for afternoon cravings. I was seeking recipes for herbal Green energy drinks and finally found this wonderful recipe here. I will definitely try it at home.
