These are really good, but a bit too sweet, so they would be great stir ins for hot cereal or to add to smoothies. :)
In a glass bowl add:
1 C. Raw Honey or Pure Maple Syrup (If you use maple syrup you should add more thickener to the mixture. Maybe almond or peanut butter)
1 C. Coconut Oil
1 C. Caco powder
Another great recipe for the chocolate is: (cacao powder, coconut butter, & sweetener (maple syrup, honey, etc.)
Melt in the microwave for 1 minute.
Line a mini 24 cupcake tin with liners (make sure they are thick enough that the mixture won't stick so much. (Honey is sticky!)
Drop 1 tsp. of the chocolate mixture into each cupcake liner.
Top with:
1 tsp. Almond Butter centered in each cup.
Then top with 1 Tbsp. of the chocolate mixture.
Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
I love the soft almond butter in the center. Yummy!
Enjoy. Keep cold in the fridge or freezer.
