Recipe:
3-4 bananas
3 C. Power Greens (spinach, baby bok Choy, baby red chard)
1 C. Frozen Mango
2 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 scoop Vega One Nutritional powder
3 Tbsp. Freshly Ground Cashew Butter
Blend until smooth. Top with your favorite toppings, it encourages chewing (which helps with digestion).
I topped mine with goji berries, unsweetened coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, and chai spice.
