Post Workout Green Smoothie


We love Green Smoothies. It's a great way to get it a lot of greens without having to chew them. :)
This is a great Post Workout drink because it contains Protein and Nutrients that are great for restoring muscles.

3 Bananas
3 C. Spinach
3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
1 scoop Chocolate Rawmeal (by Garden of Life. I believe I bought mine on Amazon)
1 Tbsp. Cacao Powder
5 pitted dates
4 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk

Blend until smooth.
