Sunshine Juice

Who says I can't pretend I am sitting on a beach sipping pineapple juice?
Today is a snow day, so we are going to make the most of it.

In a Vitamix add: 

1/2 pineapple
2 C. Water

Blend until smooth. Chill with freshly fallen snow.
