Mushroom Burger


This is a great lunch idea. For dinner it would be great to just have the Mushroom part with Sweet Potatoes & a Green Salad. 

In an 8X8 dish add: Balsamic Vinegar, Diced Garlic, Olive Oil, S&P, Italian Seasoning, and Worcestershire Sauce. Place 2-3 Portobello Mushrooms in the Marinade (with Stems removed). Marinade for 10-20 minutes, turning over once. Grill or cook in a skillet for 5 minutes on each side. 

Serve on crusty bread (I used my homemade Wholewheat Artisan Bread), with Hummus or Avocado (in replacement of the Mayo), lettuce, tomatoes, and grilled onion.

Serve with A1 Steak Sauce.
