Berry Yummy Frozen Yogurt


We have been trying to bump out most of the processed sugars in our diet as possible. Yogurt is a major culprit when it comes to added sugars. I watched a show the other day that said some yogurts contain as much sugar as soda pop. :(

In this recipe we used plain yogurt and added our own natural sweeteners. (I find that is the way to go). 


Plain yogurt (with billions of live and active cultures) 
1 C. frozen berry blend (raspberries, blueberries, & blackberries) 
2 C. frozen blueberries 
1/4 C. pure maple syrup 
Blend in the Vitamix with wand.

Topped with unsweetened coconut flakes.
