Blueberry Lemon Chia Smoothie Bowl


This was so delectable! The flavors were amazing and I will definitely make it again. I have been following an awesome person on Social Media @veggielisa.com and on Instagram she is @veggie_lisa. She has wonderful recipes. This one is tweaked from her Lemon Blueberry Smoothie.

In a Vitamix or your Favorite Blender add:
2 C. Almond Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla Raw Meal (Raw Meal is Amazing & Packed with Nutrients)
1 C. Frozen Blueberries
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1/2 a Lemon (with skin on, but seeds removed) This is the key, the zest makes the recipe
1 C. Spinach
2 Frozen Bananas

Blend well. Use the wand to press down.
Pour in a bowl. 
Top with Unsweetened Coconut flakes, dried apricots, and cashews.

Mmmmm! Just thinking about this makes me want to Enjoy it again. :)
