My bananas are spotty and sweet. That means it's time to make jerky and chips.
Bananas (cut thinly with a smooth not serrated knife)
cinnamon
nutmeg
Can I just say my house smells amazing?
Dry until dried. Each dehydrator is different.
I will be using some of these banana strips in some raw cinnamon rolls. Yummy!
