Have your cake...and eat it too!


This morning we all had this awesome cake for breakfast. I think it tasted even better after sitting in the fridge over night. And of course we either had juice or Green drink with it.

Strawberry Banana Green Smoothie:
2 C. Spinach
1 C. Kale
1 1/2 C. Frozen Strawberries
2 frozen Bananas
1 Scoop Vega One French Vanilla Nutritional Shake
10 pitted dates
2 C. water
2 C. unsweetened Almond Milk

Blended in the Vitamix.
