Zoodles with Tomato Sauce



Zoodles: Use your spiralizer to make zucchini noodles. Cook them in a bit of Coconut oil with Sea salt & Pepper.


Sauce

Chop up: 

portobello mushrooms & onions.

Cook on the stove with a bit of Olive Oil

Add your favorite tomato sauce 

Heat.

Top with vegan Parmesan cheese and basil. 

So delish!
