Spinach Basil Pesto


I love Pesto! It is packed with flavor and so delectable!



5 Star Pesto Recipe:
3 C. Fresh Basil
1/2 C. Spinach
1/2 C. Vegan Parmesan
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
4 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive oil
1/2 C. Walnuts
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Mix well in a food processor or high speed blender. Use the wand.


Serve on Wasa crackers with Tomatoes, and freshly ground pepper. 

Serve with Sugar Snap Peas.
