4 Types of Exercises


The 4 Main Types of Exercise are:
*Endurance- Keeps heart, lungs, and circulatory system healthy--improving overall fitness.

*Balance- Improves posture and stability and helps prevent falls.

*Strength-Builds stronger muscles to support body movement.

*Flexibility- Stretches muscles to help the body stay limber.

I have it on the wall by where I exercise. :)
