Mint Ice Cream for Breakfast?


My tummy has been upset today. Peppermint is good for the belly, so I decided to make this for us for Breakfast. Always a fave.

This is so tasty & refreshing!

Ingredients:
1/4 C. Vanilla Almond Milk
2 C. Spinach
4-5 frozen bananas
2 drops peppermint essential oil or peppermint extract

Blend in the Vitamix with the wand or the food processor. Top with your favorite toppings. I topped mine with goji berries and mulberries. Enjoy!
